About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Programme Manager with a strong background in banking and finance, specializing in Data Security. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead large-scale projects within a dynamic environment, ensuring that data security frameworks are robust, compliant, and effective across all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end data security programmes within banking and financial services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks, establish requirements, and implement secure data management solutions.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities to meet regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and strategic recommendations.
• Continuously improve data security practices by staying up to date with the latest industry trends and regulations.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager in the banking and finance sector.
• Strong expertise in Data Security, including governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
