Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management.
• Ability to deal with and de-escalate conflict.
• Acute attention to detail with the ability to spot trends of profit loss.
• Great customer service and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for Profit Protection matters.
• Mitigate the risk of malicious harm to Partners and Customers.
• Manage branch shrinkage by investigating discrepancies.
• Support and coach fellow Partners on minimizing shrinkage.
