Overview

Production Team Leader | Worksop

Essential Recruitment are currently working in partnership with Vernacare to recruit 3x Production Team Leaders for a brand new department based in Carlton in Lindrick. The role will see you lead and oversee the production of medical devices within a sterile manufacturing environment, ensuring all operations meet the stringent quality, safety, and service standards required by Vernacare and its healthcare partners, including the NHS.

This includes supervising personnel, managing equipment operation and monitoring and ensuring full compliance with regulatory and customer-specific requirements. Perfect for an individual with a manufacturing background and experience in team leading/supervision.

Hours & Salary

• £33,719 per annum
• 10pm - 6am | Monday to Friday

Duties

• Ensure production line runs to the correct quality and quantity standards
• Keep the line tidy and organised
• Maintain all paperwork up to date and report any faults
• Ability to work in a small team of 8 individuals
• Provide teams with information about recent developments, programmes and policies
• Create a productive work environment for the team
• Assemble Medical Products and Heat Seal Products
• Work in a cleanroom environment
• Cover the duties of the team leader when they are off site

Experience / Qualifications
