Working Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for production and team management? Interaction recruitment is working with a well-established, successful company to find a proactive and dedicated Production Team Leader for their early. This hands‑on role offers the opportunity to motivate a skilled warehouse team, ensure smooth operations, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and energize a warehouse team to achieve daily production targets
  • Plan daily job schedules and efficiently allocate labor resources
  • Ensure materials are prepared, processed, and dispatched according to customer specifications
  • Use our internal ERP system to accurately record and manage stock movements
  • Promote a safe, clean, and positive working environment in line with health and safety standards
  • Train and mentor team members on production best practices and safety protocols
  • Inspect finished products for quality, non-conformance, and proper material condition
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain smooth workflow
  • Keep precise records of stock levels and team activities
