Vacancy: Production Team Leader

We are seeking a Production Team Leader to join our team at the Melsonby (Electrical Production) site.

What you will do

The role involves leading, motivating, and managing daily team activities to align with weekly production plans set by the Production Manager. You will communicate company goals effectively, drive continuous improvement projects, oversee Traffic Controller production, testing, and quality control, and take ultimate responsibility for the team’s safety and quality performance. You will champion company standards and culture and ensure the on-time delivery of products to our customers.

Your Profile

What we are looking for

• Proven logical and creative thinking in a supervisory or team leadership role, especially in a production setting.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or equivalent training.
• Experience in planning and managing design tasks and documenting processes.
• Creative problem-solving skills with an aptitude for researching, identifying, and applying different technologies/methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
