Overview

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Malton. In this role, you will lead a team of production operatives, ensuring targets are met, product quality is maintained, and best practices are followed across the line.

Responsibilities

• Run the production line, motivate the team to achieve production targets
• Promote and adhere to health, safety, and quality regulations
• Complete all paperwork and systems accurately in line with company procedures
• Ensure compliance with hygienic and GMP (good manufacturing practices) audits
• Assist in training and developing staff, acting as a role model for best practice
• Monitor, control, and minimise waste

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a team leader in a food manufacturing environment
