Overview

At Krispy Kreme, our factories are like open kitchens where the doughnut-making process is on display for customers. This role is for a Food Processing Shift Leader in our doughnut decorating team, running the shift on the shop floor, supporting the team, and helping ensure every doughnut meets Krispy Kreme's gold standard.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.
• Production Oversight: Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Doughnut Preparation: Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.
• Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work.

About the Role

As a Shift Leader in our doughnut decorating team, you'll run the shift on the shop floor, support your team, and help ensure every doughnut meets Krispy Kreme's gold standard. Our doughnuts are handmade, decorated, and delivered fresh daily by our team members. The role involves working in a dynamic environment where doughnuts are prepared for shops, supermarket partners, and delivery routes. Full training is provided; what matters is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn.

Contract & Compensation

• Contract: Full time
• Salary: £13.10 per hour
