ProductionSupervisor

ToassisttheProductionManagerintheefficientoperationofanassignedarea,ensuringtargetsforproduction,quality,cost,delivery,technicalstandards,safety,andhumanresourcesaremet.Theroleisresponsiblefortheday-to-daymanagementofpeoplewithinproductiontomeetcustomerrequirementsandcompanyobjectives.

ThepositionrequiressupportingandensuringcompliancewithHealth&Safetyregulations,theCompanyHandbook,qualityandenvironmentalstandards,andallotherrelevantcompanypoliciesandprocedures.

ProductionSupervisor’sResponsibilities

• Train,develop,andmentornewemployeesusinginternalqualitydocumentationforproductionpackaging.
• EnsureHealth&Safetystandards,includingPPErequirements,aremaintainedthroughoutthefacilityatalltimes.
• Promotehighstandardsthroughpersonalexampleandensureteammembersunderstandandmeetexpectations.
• Workcloselywithothershiftsupervisorstoensureeffectivecommunicationduringproductionhandovers.
• Completeproductionplansbyschedulingandassigningpersonnel,prioritizingtasks,monitoringprogress,andreportingresultsinshiftproductionsummaries.
• Maintainqualityservicebyenforcingcompanystandards.
• Ensureasafeandcleanworkenvironmentbyapplying6Sprinciplesandmaintainingcompliancewithcompanypoliciesandprocedures.
