Our client in Oldham is looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to work out of their manufacturing site on a permanent basis

The work will involve

• Overseeing a large team of manufacturing staff
• Operating and Minding a CNC Machine
• Quality Checking Manufactured Goods
• Ensure Distribution of orders in a timely manner
• Opening and Closing Site
• Training new staff members, conducting performance reviews and hiring
• Housekeeping and General Production Duties as needed

Working times and pay

• Monday to Friday
• Weekly Rotating Shift Pattern - 06 : 00-14 : 00 / 14 : 00-23 : 00
• 37-39 hours per week paid after breaks
• £15.36 p / h
• O / T paid at x 1.5
• Weekly Bonus and Shift Allowances on top of basic
• Permanent Role

Skills / Experience Needed

• Previous Manufacturing / Factory experience essential
• Production Supervisor experience
• CNC Experience preferred
• FLT Counterbalance experience and preferably an in date licence
