If so, a global, leading manufacturer of safety equipment is looking to hire a Production Supervisor on a permanent basis!

Job Description

Responsible for supporting the production manager by leading staff, organising and monitoring workflow and ensuring daily/weekly/monthly targets are hit. Resolving day to day issues and establishing processes to prevent future issues. Maintaining quality standards of products are adhered to and enforcing the organisations standards. Take a hands‑on approach to production activities supporting the team when required, being happy to complete tasks you would expect from the team.

Leading team briefs and toolbox talks on a daily basis, attending contract review meetings in absence of the Production Manager.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience leading shopfloor teams in a manufacturing environment (fabrication/assembly is advantageous)
  • Ability to carry out shopfloor duties when required
