Overview

Are you a Production Shift Manager, Section Manager, Area Manager, or a Senior Supervisor looking for a new opportunity? We are currently working with a well established, multi-site food manufacturer who are looking for a Shift Manager to join the team on a Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. This role will need someone who has operated in a chilled manufacturing environment, ideally meat.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety, production planning, ensuring food safety and quality standards are adhered to, working cross functionally with the Technical, Engineering and Planning teams and finding areas to implement CI and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• +5 years' experience operating at middle management within food manufacturing.
• Hands-on leader who leads by example and delivers results.
• Clear communication with your team to deliver on targets, improving standards and cross department communication.
• Experience in a chilled manufacturing environment, ideally meat.

Details
