Overview

Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a Production Planner to work with our client based in Halesowen.

Are you highly organised and detail-oriented and passionate about optimising operations and ensuring seamless production processes? We're looking for a Production Planner to join a dynamic team and help ensure that all production processes are efficient, timely, and cost-effective.

Hours: Monday till Friday 7:30 - 16:00 40 hours per week

Salary: Will be negotiable based on experience and ability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and inventory levels
  • Monitor material availability and coordinate with stock control and warehouse teams
  • Track work-in-progress and adjust schedules to address production delays or changes
  • Liaise with maintenance, logistics, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Analyse data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Generate reports for production performance and planning accuracy
