Job description
The Role

Reporting to the Planning Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating production workflow across all areas of the business, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. Using system data and ERP tools, you will plan, monitor, and adjust schedules to minimise delays while maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting customer delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

Use ERP and planning systems to coordinate production workflow across all business areas.

Monitor and maintain accurate system data to ensure reliable scheduling and forecasting.

Liaise with Customer Services to identify potential delivery risks and propose practical solutions.

Prioritise and manage production plans to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.

Coordinate with external supply teams to ensure material availability aligns with production and customer requirements.

Collaborate with Quality Control to prioritise incoming goods inspection in line with production needs.

Maintain stock levels within agreed service and financial parameters.

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Work closely with the Team Leader to implement short-term corrective actions and long-term improvement initiatives.

Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects and business process enhancements.
