• Manufacturing Experience a plus.
• Team player with strong attention to details.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage production from raw materials to final quality control.
• Balance mixing, extrusion, drying, cutting, and firing steps.
• Track and manage materials for uninterrupted quality production.
• Operate forklift to move materials as needed.
• Maintain work areas and equipment.
