Job Description

Production Operative Positions - Liverpool

We are seeking Production Operatives on multiple shifts, day and night only for our Production Team. The ideal candidates will have very good attention to detail and will be keen to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Full training will be provided for the role required if you are selected.

Our Safety

You will be responsible for:

• Management of safe systems of work in line with statutory regulations
• Support the driving of a Zero Lost Time culture within Operations (Raising safety tags)
• Participates in Gemba Safety tours
• Maintain safe working practices following risk assessments
• Ensuring that PPE is worn at all times

Our Quality

You will be able to maintain the highest quality:

• Report any potential NCR/SNCR with the mindset of Stop, Call, Wait
• Maintain the highest levels of Good Hygiene Practice
• Ensure Good Documentation Practice is executed on all batch documentation
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices by following SOPs

Our Cost/Delivery

You will be able to problem solve and adapt:

• Operation of full spray drier processes within both plants
• Utility equipment
• Feed prep system
• Ultrafiltration system
• Heat carbon treatment system
• Spray drier and associated system
• Packing of product and storage
• End of Campaign cleaning

Troubleshooting and fault finding on plant processes and equipment

Maintain and improve 6s standards

Be proactive in generating ideas for continuous improvement (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery)

Update and deliver an overview of daily performance to the team leader

Escalate issues to team leader when unsolved
