Overview

As a Primary Operative, you will take on a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced poultry processing environment. You will be part of a dynamic team within the live reception area. Tasks are rotated throughout the shift to support different areas of production, and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Our ideal Production Operative will have passion for delivering our customer orders whilst making sure our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met. We are a fast moving business so you need to enjoy working at pace and have determination to take action and achieve results. Previous experience working in a factory or warehouse environment would be useful, but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Qualifications

Basic English language skills are essential.
