Job summary

A staffing agency is recruiting for High Care Production Operatives in Harlow, England. The role involves working Monday to Friday with rotating shifts and a pay rate of £12.87 per hour. High Care Production Operatives

Location: Harlow

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 0600 - 1400 / 1400 - 2200 rotating weekly

Payrate: £12.87 per hour

Evoke Staffing are pleased to introduce the below roles for our exciting client in Harlow

We have multiple positions available, starting 5th January 2026. These roles are on a temp-perm basis.

Duties:
  • Prepare and maintain equipment and areas for optimal manufacturing.
  • Clean work areas and surfaces to agreed standards.
  • Working in a full Clean Room environment.
  • Deep cleaning & sanitising equipment in specified timescales.
  • Working to strict SOP's.
  • Preparing products for final verification checks.
  • Performing swabbing and visual inspections.
  • Document verification, Labelling and batch inspections.
  • Applying and using all PPE consistently and correctly.
  • Reporting any quality concerns that may arise.
  • Due to the pharmaceutical nature of this role, the use of Make-Up, Wearing of piercings, false nails and jewellery are strictly NOT permitted

You must also be physically fit, have competent eye sight and be able to reach site on a daily basis.
