• Previous experience in a Manufacturing Production Plant is preferred.
• Concrete manufacturing experience is desirable.
• FLT license is desirable.
• Team player with attention to detail is essential.
• Knowledge of OEE is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.

• Carry out duties in the production of high-quality concrete drainage products.

36 hours per week, 12hr shifts (3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 7 off) - Salary banding £27,904 to £32,979
40 hours per week, Mon - Fri (6am - 2pm) - Salary banding £27,318 - £32,284

As a result of our continued success, we are recruiting for an Production Operative known as an Operations Team Member at Marshalls with a background in Manufacturing Production Plant to join our award winning company at our Pollington site.

You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient production of high-quality concrete drainage and associated products. You will be trained in and required to use a range of hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You will work in an environment where safety, quality and efficiency are key to yours and the company's ongoing success.

What are the mission-critical skills?

• Previous experience or understanding of working within a Manufacturing Production Plant
• Concrete manufacturing experience desirable
• FLT license desirable
• Team player with attention to detail
• Knowledge of OEE (overall Equipment Effectiveness) is advantageous
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools is advantageous
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Clearly defined career path with incremental salary increases at agreed stages.
