Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative for our client - a leading contact manufacturer of global health and beauty products.

Staffline is recruiting Production Operatives in Alton.

Hours and Pay

• Days £13.90 per hour
• Nights £14.76 per hour
• Overtime is available and is paid at:
• Days £20.01 per hour
• Nights £20.87 per hour

Role Details

This is a full-time role working 7 shifts in a 2-week period. Every second weekend working. The hours of work are:

• 10am to 10pm
• 10pm to 10am

Responsibilities

As a Production Operative you will be responsible for running line equipment to support the production of a variety of healthcare, toiletry, and pharmaceutical products, and will support other production line personnel in achieving the targeted output.

You will be required to work within clearly defined processes and procedures and product specifications and standards while ensuring full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate

• Our ideal Production Operative has excellent attention to detail.
• You will be happy working in a busy warehouse environment and working well alone, as well as part of a team.
• You will be physically active as you will be bending, lifting, and operating basic manual handling materials on the shop floor. You will also be comfortable with standing for the duration of your shift.
• Experience as a Production Operative is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
