Position

We're hiring Production Operatives to join a busy flower factory in Newport (HU15 area). This is ongoing, full-time work with the potential to become permanent after 12 weeks.

Details

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Sunday to Wednesday & Friday. The hours of work are:

  • 9am to 5pm - must be flexible as some days you may be asked to stay later. Days Off: Thursday & Saturday

Applicants must have their own transport as there is no public transport to the site.

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative you will be working in a vibrant production environment, your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Creating and assembling hand-tied flower bouquets
  • Trimming and preparing fresh flowers
  • Wrapping, packaging, and boxing arrangements for dispatch
  • Labeling and quality checking floral products
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
  • Meeting daily production targets in a team setting

Our perfect worker will show good attention to detail and a strong work ethic, you will be reliable and punctual and have a team-player attitude. Applicants will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, standing role.

You must have your own transport - no public transport serves this location.
