Job Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Production Operative at our client's Italian Ready Meal site in Old Leake – 9 miles outside of Boston. Factory is producing chilled pasta meals, such as Carbonara, Lasagne, Bolognese, Canelones and similar.

Staffline is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work in Old Leake, near Boston.

Pay Rates

• Days: £12.72 per hour and overtime £19.08 per hour
• Nights: £14.34 per hour and overtime £20.70 per hour

Hours of Work

This is a full time role working days and nights 12‑hour shift pattern.

• Days: 6am to 6pm
• Nights: 6pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Production Operative you will be:

• Involved in the production and packaging of Italian Pasta Ready Meals
• Checking and weighing raw materials
• Handfilling ingredients as per the recipe
