Overview

North Devon | £15 per hour | 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) | Temporary

Responsibilities

• Carry out production operations from raw materials intake through to finished product loading.
• Operate the raw material weighbridge and ensure intake requirements are met.
• Accurately record raw material figures and shunt when required.
• Produce high-quality products while optimising power usage, moisture control, and raw material efficiency.
• Load finished product correctly and on time to fulfil customer orders.
• Complete accurate data entry and compliance documentation.
• Undertake routine maintenance tasks such as die changes, magnet checks, oiling and greasing.
• Report hazards, damages, and incidents to support Health & Safety compliance.
• Deputise for the Team Leader when required.

Requirements

• Telehandler or FLT licence (essential).
• Own transport due to rural location.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience.
