  • Prioritising, issuing, and scheduling work orders for the Machine Shop.
  • Managing production targets and KPIs.

  • Implementing and maintaining best practices and continuous improvements.
  • Championing health & safety policies within the Machine Shop.

Salary: Depending on level of experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am - 2.00pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Poole. This privately owned company has over 50 years of experience supplying machined parts and accessories for various industrial applications.

In this role, you will oversee the CNC Machine Shop and manufacturing areas, developing the team to improve performance and ensuring the company maintains high standards while meeting customer deadlines.

We seek an individual with CNC knowledge who can mentor and lead the team to excel.

You will be responsible for approximately 35 staff across the shop floor, including production planning and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
