Production Manager

Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm

Take full control of a food production site and shape it with your ideas and expertise.

You ll have the freedom to implement your own strategies, drive continuous improvement and get stuck in wherever needed. You ll also get 33 days off every year and can tailor your benefits to suit you.

It s a hands-on opportunity to lead a team of 20 across raw materials, blending, packing and dispatch. You ll oversee the entire process and make sure targets are hit without compromising quality.

You ll work closely with other departments, giving you insight into the full business and opening doors to future leadership opportunities. The company is flexible on salary for the right person and the benefits can be shaped around what matters most to you.

What you ll do

You ll manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You ll implement KPIs to track performance and drive improvements, giving you a chance to shape the way production is managed.
