A leading international event production company is seeking a Production Manager for its Vibration Venues team located in Greater London. You will oversee technical production for live music events, ensuring high operational standards while managing budgets and suppliers. This full-time role requires a hands-on leader with at least 5 years of experience in large-scale events. We are seeking a technically confident and highly organised Production Manager to join the Vibration Venues production team. Reporting into the Senior Operations & Production Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful delivery of all publicly promoted music events at venues where Vibration is the in-house production supplier. This role will focus predominantly on Magazine London, with additional support across Exhibition White City, 26 Leake Street, and other venues where Vibration delivers a live music programme.
This role will suit a hands-on, solution-driven individual with strong technical knowledge and proven experience delivering high-capacity events. You will be confident liaising with suppliers, artists, promoters, and cross-functional teams, with a proactive mindset and excellent attention to detail. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a high-performing team and help deliver some of the most ambitious events in the UK.
You will be responsible for advancing and delivering live music events from initial planning through to show close, ensuring the highest creative, technical, operational, and safety standards are met. This includes managing all production suppliers, coordinating technical requirements, and acting as a key point of contact between venues, artist teams, promoters, and internal departments. During quieter periods for live music, you will support the production delivery of non-music events across Vibration’s warehouse venues, including exhibitions, conferences, brand activations, corporate events, private hires, and awards ceremonies, supporting consistent production excellence across all event programming.
