Job description
About The OWN Studio

The OWN Studio is a London-based luxury bridal and eveningwear label redefining modern occasion dressing. Since launching in 2019, the brand has developed a cult following in the UK and internationally, dressing VIPs and building a reputation for innovation, quality, and design-led minimalism.

The Role

We are seeking a Production Manager to join our London-based team, taking full ownership of end-to-end production across wholesale and D2C.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-scaling luxury brand with a hands-on, collaborative setup, working closely with cross-functional teams to manage custom bridal timelines and direct-to-consumer orders, while overseeing bridal and evening wear collections from sampling through to delivery.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will shape production strategy, manage suppliers, control costs, and lead the team, ensuring every piece reflects the label’s signature quality, precision, and contemporary, considered design.

What You Will Do
  • Take ownership of the production critical path, ensuring collections progress smoothly from sampling to bulk production and delivery
  • Create, manage, and maintain production orders in Zedonk, including BOMs, costings, margin analysis, capacity planning, and delivery timelines
  • Manage and mentor the Production Coordinator, supporting their development and maintaining high organisational standards
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating pricing, lead times, and terms, and supporting long-term sourcing strategy
  • Oversee raw material planning, forecasting, pre-ordering, and inventory management to minimise delays
  • Manage the flow of samples, swatches, trims, and approvals, ensuring timely sign-off and documentation
  • Maintain production calendars, WIP reports, capacity trackers, and risk registers to give the wider team full visibility
  • Oversee shipping, logistics handovers, and delivery timelines for all customer and wholesale orders
  • Identify, escape, and resolve production risks, capacity issues, or delays, collaborating with senior stakeholders
  • Track production costs, analyse variances, prepare reports and forecasts, and champion improvements in production processes and supplier performance
Who You Are

You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, take pride in delivering the highest standards, and are driven to make an impact across all areas of production and product excellence.

Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years’ experience in fashion production or supply chain, ideally luxury, bridal, or made-to-order, with experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Advanced proficiency in Zedonk, confident managing complex datasets, production reporting, and order tracking
  • Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, sampling, and bulk production
  • Commercially astute, with a clear understanding of costings, margins, and production impact
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships, including negotiation of pricing, lead times, and terms
  • Confident communicator, comfortable collaborating across all areas of a fast-paced, hands-on business.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in standard office software
Benefits
  • Opportunity to work with a highly creative, collaborative team
  • Generous staff discount
  • Career development, training opportunities, and exposure to a fast-scaling luxury brand
