A rare opportunity has arisen to apply for a Production Graduate role to work at Cranswick Gourmet Sausage (Lazenby's). We are looking for a passionate individual who wants To experience, partake and contribute to a diverse range of the departments with the view to adding value to each and gaining an understanding of business operations. To add value and actively partake in the management of the destination department upon completion of all assignments.

  • To undertake departmental projects as and when assigned.
  • To feedback and present finding to the site directors / senior managers.
  • To support each department to which you are assigned with any tasks required and help in achieving its’ KPI’s.
  • To work to strict departmental deadlines to ensure the smooth running of all Company functions for which work is undertaken.
  • To liaise with all levels of employee across the organisation to proactively seek out and propose new synergies and efficient ways of working to benefit the Company.
