• Degree educated or proven experience in an engineering function with mechanical bias.
• Good understanding of DFMEA, PFMEA, and DFM principles.
• Strong right first-time approach for analyzing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain continuous improvement processes.
• Review and streamline design and manufacturing for safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Train production team members in hydraulic awareness and build standards.
• Implement lean principles in the Engineering role.
