Looking for the chance to make a real impact in a growing, high-tech, multi-site manufacturing environment? This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where your engineering expertise will directly shape how products are built, scaled, and improved.

As a Production Engineer, you will be the bridge between design and manufacturing – making sure complex PCB assemblies and full product builds can be produced reliably, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and refining production processes, routings, and documentation to ensure smooth operator-led assembly.
  • Driving continuous improvement across PCBA and product assembly, removing variability and risk.
  • Supporting NPIs, design reviews, and new customer requirements with practical manufacturing solutions.
  • Developing build instructions, BOMs, test procedures, and tooling to support production.
  • Working closely with manufacturing, sales, and customers to ensure technical requirements are fully met.
  • Analysing defects and process failures, then implementing corrective actions through smart engineering fixes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly environments.
  • Hands-on experience with lean, process improvement, and NPI support.
  • A problem-solver who can balance technical detail with practical shop-floor application.
  • Excellent communication skills – comfortable liaising across teams and with customers.

This is a brilliant role for someone who wants to be hands-on with manufacturing process development while contributing to a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
