NEW PRODUCTION ENGINEER BASED IN ANDOVER. Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA's for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical. We are searching for a Production Engineer to join our clients dynamic team in Andover. This is a hands‑on role supporting production, engineering, and new product introduction (NPI) through technical leadership and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production and engineering teams.
• Lead product validation and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and support root cause analysis.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Develop and improve production processes, SOPs, and engineering documentation.

Requirements
