  • Coordinate with various teams including Procurement and Production.
  • Monitor production progress and support schedule adjustments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and databases.
  • Manage documentation such as work orders and inventory records.
  • Monitor raw material levels and raise purchase requests.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Role: Production Administrator in CookstownA busy manufacturing company is seeking a Production Administrator in Cookstownto support the smooth coordination of daily production operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, detail-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys keeping processes on track.Working at the centre of the production team, you will support planning and scheduling, liaise with internal departments, maintain accurate production data and reporting, and help ensure materials and resources are available when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update production schedules.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Sales Order Processing, Logistics and Production teams.
  • Monitor production progress and support schedule adjustments.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and databases.
  • Manage documentation including work orders, BOMs and inventory records.
  • Monitor raw material levels, raise purchase requests and track material usage.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote health & safety standards.
