We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Training Lead to join our Nestlé Health Science team to lead the development and execution of product training strategies across all channels and brands, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand objectives. The Product Training Lead will act as a key liaison between the training team, sales teams, and key accounts to deliver impactful, consistent, and engaging training experiences that support the sell‑in and sell‑through of our brands whilst enhancing our relationships with customers.

Reporting to the Category Development & Product Training Director, you will lead the product training strategy across all channels and brands both externally and internally for the UK & Ireland market to support delivery of business objectives, including NNS and COP1 growth targets.
