Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge in a pivotal support role within a dynamic team of Applications, Information Solutions, and Engineering Specialists? At Roche Diagnostics, we believe in empowering individuals to make a real difference through their expertise and dedication.
In this role, you will work with world-class diagnostic systems, primarily focusing oncobas chemistry and immunoassay analysers, as well as pre- & post-analytical solutions. With additional training, you\'ll expand your expertise to Molecular and Tissue Diagnostics solutions. Working closely with customers and internal teams, you’ll help ensure laboratories deliver high-quality, dependable results.
We are looking for a Product Support - Application Specialist to join our solution-focused team, serving high-profile customer accounts in the Central East region of the UK. This field-based role is perfect for someone eager to play a key part in providing proactive and reactive support for our customers through implementation, technical expertise, and system optimisation.
What does the role involve?
Travel: Mainly support laboratories within the region, however, expected to travel across mainland UK if required.
