You’ll be the go‑to expert for our Shoulder portfolio, driving growth and market share across your territory. You’ll guide and upskill the regional sales team, convert key targets, and ensure our advanced technologies reach the right hands. What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being a trusted advisor and a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll need:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales (minimum 3 years) or marketing within the sector
  • Strong knowledge of clinical procedures and competitor landscape
  • Excellent relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills
  • A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel extensively (50–75%)
