Job description

Production Operators – Washington (2/3 shifts, Mon‑Fri)

Maintains and continuously improves operational performance, standards of quality, housekeeping and health & safety. Follows the production schedule to ensure jobs are produced in the required sequence and ensures the quality of all work before it is sent to the next process or the final customer. Participates in training to maintain and improve the range of skills and knowledge required to meet the ongoing needs of the business. Ensures the health and safety of people within the area covered by the job holder by following safe & healthy practices and meeting all company, site and legal occupational health & safety requirements.

• Remuneration: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Location: Remote with regular travel to warehouse, manufacturers and customer meetings
• Reports to: Business Operations Manager
• Contract: Full‑time
• Start date: ASAP
