About The Role

We’re growing our Product Partnerships team working with leading UK hospital groups and health insurers to deliver bespoke solutions that improve the patient journey. This role suits someone with experience in customer success or account management, strong problem‑solving and data skills and the drive to work across teams on strategic partnerships – offering great exposure to product management and growth opportunities in a fast‑scaling HealthTech business.

We are currently looking for a Product Partnerships Manager to join our growing team here at Doctify, supporting the Head of Product Partnerships in managing projects, reporting and day‑to‑day activities with our key enterprise product partners.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Head of Product Partnerships in managing key enterprise partner projects and initiatives, maximising the success of their subscriptions to our products so partners capture maximum value and ultimately grow our partnerships.
  • Maintaining strong partner relationships by acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
  • Preparing data reports and insights on partner performance adoption and product usage.
  • Project delivery – working cross‑functionally with Product Engineering and Customer Success to deliver successful new partner integrations and platform launches.
  • Coordinating timelines, updates and documentation for partner‑related product workstreams.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting and deliver value to partners.
About You (Qualifications)
  • 2 years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Relationship Management or similar roles (SaaS or tech/healthcare background desirable).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with data to generate insights and reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams and priorities independently.
  • A self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment and takes ownership of their work and has the ability to find solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across teams such as Product, Tech and Commercial.
  • Curious, solutions‑focused and keen to learn more about product partnerships and HealthTech innovation.
