Responsibilities

• Own and execute on the product roadmap
• Work closely with a cross functional team and key stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and deliver scalable solutions.
• A proven track record of delivery; meeting delivery deadlines and meeting revenue goals
• Market Discovery & Business Case Development:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to proactively identify market problems and develop data-driven business cases for new product opportunities.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution:
  • Work alongside sales and marketing teams to develop and execute GTM strategies for new products and enhancements.
  • Lead end-to-end GTM execution with a proven track record of driving adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Act as a bridge between engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
  • Foster a data-driven, customer-first culture within the product team.

Qualifications

• At least five years experience as a Product Manager, with a track record Hands-on experience in defining product roadmaps, delivering customer value and executing GTM strategies.
• Experience in private financial markets (e.g., alternative assets, fund administration, LP/GP data structures) is a plus.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong ability to lead and manage a team, with experience managing Product Owners or cross-functional teams
• Must be based in London, UK
• Open to semi-regular travel to our delivery centres in Poland and India
