We're looking for a Product Manager focused on the App experience within our Customer Lists team to join the Online Product team. This is a unique opportunity to shape how millions of customers interact with Tesco through personalised, intelligent, and frictionless shopping journeys.

Responsibilities
  • Define and own the App product roadmap for Customer Lists, aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Drive innovation in how we surface relevant products and help customers build their baskets with ease.
  • Use customer insights, behavioural data, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with UX, engineering, analytics, and commercial teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Write clear, concise user stories and manage the product backlog.
  • Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives with your squad.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and high-quality releases through rigorous testing and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements
  • Experience building and optimising mobile app products at scale.
  • Proven ability to quickly ramp up and independently lead discovery sessions from the outset.
  • An understanding of iOS and Android platforms, mobile UX patterns, and app analytics.
  • Experience working with personalisation, recommendations, or customer data is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to balance customer needs and business impact.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and writing effective user stories.
  • A passion for solving real customer problems and delivering elegant solutions.
  • Familiarity with user research, A/B testing, and design thinking principles.
