Responsibilities

• Design and develop commercial product ranges
• Manage sampling and supplier communication
• Own categories from concept to launch and sell through
• Work directly with directors across design, buying, and production
• Deliver trend-aware, customer-ready product fast
• Competitor option, pricing, material and visibility analysis

Requirements

• Highly competitive mindset evidenced by team sport involvement / other activities
• 2–3 years in product development (footwear or accessories ideal)
• Strong knowledge of UK retail and consumer trends
• Comfortable owning multiple product categories
• Ability to work under pressure under competing priorities
