What Youll Love This Role

As a Product Developer, youll own the end-to-end development of compelling active & lifestyle apparel from concept to consumer. Youll collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising, QA, Asia teams and vendors, using smart product engineering to deliver high-quality, margin-strong products on time.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing tech packs & BOMs
• Leading fit sessions and driving technical solutions
• Balancing creativity, cost and quality
• Partnering with global teams and suppliers
• Developing products that truly delight consumers

Qualifications

• Strong apparel construction & technical expertise (performance a big plus)
• Experience with PLM, Illustrator & Excel
