Product Developer

Location: Market Harborough (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Are you a creative and detail-driven individual with a passion for design and product development? We are seeking a Product Developer to join a well-established business in the homeware industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in developing products from concept through to final sample, working with a talented and supportive team that partners with leading retailers.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the creation and development of new homeware products from concept through to delivery.
  • Researching market trends, competitor ranges, and opportunities for innovation.
  • Preparing engaging product presentations and supporting client meetings.
  • Managing sample progress, tracking timelines, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Building relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve “right first time” results.
  • Developing knowledge of costing, production methods, and materials.
What We\'re Looking For in A Product Developer
  • Experience or studies in product design, development, or a creative field.
  • A good understanding of design trends and experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
