Product Design and Innovation Engineer (KTP Associate)

£38,000 to £42,000 per annum

Full time/Fixed term - 18 months

Please note your normal place of work will be Stormsaver Ltd. Stormsaver are based at Hockerton Moor Enterprise Park (NG22 8FL) which is not accessible via public transport. Candidates should have a full UK driving licence or equivalent.

About the Role

We wish to recruit a energetic, insightful and adaptable graduate who can translate theoretical knowledge into practice by supporting the design and development of a modular tank system using rotational moulding and recyclable polymers.

The project is technology related, and requires a diverse skill set to integrate diverse moulding technologies and develop the new tank design from idea generation to working prototype. This includes sketching of concepts, CAD design/development, 3D printing/prototyping prototypes before advancing to DFM/production outputs which focus on rotational moulding, plastics simulation and manufacturing and data analysis.
