The Product Delivery Manager takes ownership of the full delivery cycle through the bid phase through execution and delivery to the end user. This key role provides connection between all functions and the project, driving schedule & budget adherence and ensuring the Baker Hughes non‑negotiables requirements are met. As a Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing execution plans to drive delivery of products to the project timeline, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Understanding customer contracts, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and driving the change process to protect project financial interests.
  • Working closely with suppliers, driving performance to the project requirements and to ensure successful execution.
  • Supporting vendor recovery process when project is faced with unplanned supply chain events.
  • Holding regular lessons learned reviews, sharing key lessons and embedding those lessons in the way we work.
  • Managing risk throughout the product delivery cycle, identifying mitigation plans, and escalating risks that need leadership support to mitigate.
Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelors degree
  • Have a proven track record of project management.
  • Be commercially savvy, with a strong financial acumen.
  • Have excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
