Product Delivery Managers

We’re hiring Product Delivery Managers (PDMs) to supercharge our product squads. You’ll be the engine behind predictable, high-quality delivery—turning clear product goals into executable plans, unblocking flow, coordinating releases, and making sure we ship safely and fast in a regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own delivery execution alongside your mission team, often within cross functional workstreams.
  • Take strategic direction from Product managers to deliver outcomes.
  • Convert roadmaps into capacity-aware plans, milestones, and sprint goals.
  • Drive dependency, risk & issue management across teams and vendors.
  • Run a reliable release management process (checklists, approvals, comms, rollout/rollback).
  • Partner with Compliance/FinCrime/InfoSec to meet FCA/PRA/PCI/SCA obligations in delivery.
  • Facilitate easy decision making by bringing all relevant details and trade offs to the surface.
  • Lead delivery ceremonies: planning, stand-ups (as needed), unblockers, release readiness, post-launch reviews.
  • Turn mission teams into reliable, well-oiled pods focused around delivering excellence in their area of expertise.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in project management or product delivery management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly grasp a problem and boil it down to its essence.
  • A relentless drive to improve and obsession over customer outcomes.
  • A positive working attitude that fosters close and trust-based collaboration.
Diversity & Inclusion

We welcome, consider and encourage applications from anyone who shares our commitment to inclusivity. Join us in creating a space where authenticity thrives, and everyone can do their best work.

Benefits

Great work deserves great perks. We offer a range of benefits including private healthcare (dental/opticians via Vitality), worldwide travel insurance, sabbatical program, pension scheme, EV salary sacrifice, generous holiday, learning and wellbeing budget, parental leave enhancements, cycle to work, season ticket loan, therapy sessions, dog-friendly offices, and free drinks and snacks.

Interview Process

First stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call). Second stage: 45 minute CV overview with Team Manager (Video call). Final stage: 60 minute technical assessment with Head of Department (In person).
