As a Product Delivery Director in Digital and Platform Services, you foster enhancements and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a leader on the team you leverage your skillset to transform product delivery and create new ways for teams to continuously deliver value to their customers.

Job responsibilities
  • Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake dependency management release management product operationalization delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Owns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk controls compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Maintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers ensuring adequate resourcing and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Coaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management dependency management and deployment techniques to improve efficiencies
  • Champions continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities incorporating best practices and staying abreast of emerging technologies
  • Fosters strong relationships with stakeholders clients and cross-functional teams providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes
  • Provides regular executive reporting to demonstrate progress across programs with visibility up to Operating Committee level
  • Establishes and oversees governance frameworksto ensure product delivery aligns with organizational standards regulatory requirements and strategic objectives
  • Manages resources and budget for deliverables ensuring optimal allocation tracking expenditures and proactively addressing variances to meet delivery commitments and financial targets
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
  • Significant experience of delivering products projects or technology applications
  • Extensive experience leading operational management and change readiness
  • Experience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategies
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle technical design and data analytics
  • Significant experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizations
  • Advanced analytical reasoning skills applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business technical and operational objectives
  • Proven ability in leading through change managing dependencies and controlling change in high-pressure shifting environments
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management establishing productive relationships and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Experience in financial services or a related industry
  • Hands‑on experience implementing or supporting post‑trade workflows in financial services
