A leading luxury department store in London is looking for a Product Catalogue Data Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will manage product data, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high standards of data quality. Ideal applicants will have excellent communication and Excel skills, and prior experience in a similar role is preferred. We are looking for Product Catalogue Data Administrators to join our IT team on a 6 month fixed term contract here at Harrods. You will be responsible for actioning product creation requests from stakeholders, submitted through our ticketing platform Freshservice, in line with the highest data quality and accuracy standards.
As the Product Catalogue Data Administrator review, transform and enrich data provided by the business in line with our data attribute rules, using business tools and Excel, ready to process in SAP. Data relates to specific product attributes such as descriptions, sizing, colour, barcodes etc.
You will also;
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal alongside stakeholder engagement, and be confident using MS Excel. It would be preferred if you have prior experience in a similar role.
