X-on is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Assurance Administrator to join our growing, vibrant team. In this important role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our software solutions not only meet regulatory standards but also enhance patient safety and data integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Support with the submission process for relevant frameworks and product assurance requests, adhering to timelines and key requirements.
  • Assist in conducting regular audits and risk assessments to help identify potential compliance issues.
  • Help prepare documentation for and liaise with regulatory bodies, NHS trusts, and ICBs to support compliance with their requirements.
  • Assist in the development and coordination of training programs for X-on staff on information governance, compliance, and clinical safety best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date assurance-related records, compliance documentation, and tracking process adherence.
