Product & Content Owner

Role

You'll play a key role in driving the features, adoption, and growth of a leading wellbeing app. Working at the heart of a collaborative cross-functional engineering team, you'll create and deliver strategies for both content and product features that inspire engagement, improve user experience, and ultimately make lives better.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver a clear vision, roadmap, and strategy for product growth and content adoption
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and wellbeing experts to deliver engaging, accurate, and relevant content
• Drive user engagement by analysing metrics and adapting strategies accordingly
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle, from idea to launch
• Ensure the app evolves with new features, cultural contexts, and wellbeing trends
• Lead competitor analysis to ensure the product stays ahead

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Product Owner or Content Manager, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or wellbeing sectors
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• A proactive, ambitious individual who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments
• Familiarity with CMS systems (DatoCMS experience is a plus)
