Job Summary
As a Product Analyst, you will support the delivery of value by working on features, components, or parts of a product. You’ll use data, research, and user feedback to inform decisions, enhance user experience, and contribute to iterative development in line with user needs and organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior, data, and feedback to support product improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, and developers to define and refine features.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
- Support backlog refinement by providing evidence-based priorities and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure solutions align with user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Assist in user research activities, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Promote a user-centered approach throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and accessibility standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Technology, or related field.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) and user research methods.
- Experience with Financial regulatory domain
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate data into practical solutions and explain insights to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrates curiosity, empathy, and a user-first mindset aligned with agile ways of working.
- Ability to coach and mentor teams.
- Experience in Agile delivery methods.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience of working in Agile teams
