Ricochet is seeking an experienced Producer/Director to join the team for the current series of The Repair Shop.

This is a location-based role in West Sussex, starting mid-September, with the contract length to be discussed. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 broadcast credits in the role.

We are looking for a confident storyteller who can sensitively manage contributors and talent, shape emotional narratives, and work closely with our expert craftspeople to bring the restoration process to life. Experience in heritage or restoration programming is a bonus but not essential.
